Exchange & Refund Policy

Crazy Fish is committed to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on crazyfish.com.au, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date or 7 days upon receiving of goods. Simply contact us and a RA (Return Authorization) number will be sent to you, then you can post the painting (paintings) back to us. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a refund for your purchase. Please note – Crazy Fish does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.


For orders under $500.00, $40.00 of shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the entire purchase price. For orders above $500.00, 10% of purchase price will be deducted from the entire purchase price for the shipping and handling cost. If the return is due to a defect in quality, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.


Returns will not be accepted if:


1)     the painting(paintings) is not in brand-new condition or not with the original packaging;

2)     the painting(paintings) is custom-made, personalized portraits;

3)     the painting (paintings) is deliberately damaged;

4)     a 5-20% variation occurs to the painting(paintings). All paintings from Crazy Fish are 100% hand-painted, therefore variations could not be avoided. Each piece of painting from Crazy Fish is unique. This is accepted by the customers when placing an order.

5)     the return freight is not prepaid.


Prior to returning any item(s) to Crazy Fish, you must receive authorization from our Customer Service team. To request authorization please send e-mail to info@crazyfish.com.au with the following details:

• Order no. and item no. 

• First name and surname

• Reason for return

• Actions you would like us to take: Exchange or refund

Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, or error from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem.


We happily accept exchange if you changed your mind or realized that you had made a wrong decision after a purchase.
