Exchange & Refund Policy
Crazy Fish is committed to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, exchange or refund is available for customers to solve post-purchase regrets or product related problems.
We happily accept exchange if you changed your mind or realized that you had made a wrong decision after a purchase.
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974, you may seek a refund if items:
• are or become faulty through no fault of your own
• are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
• do not match our description
• have defects that we did not bring to your attention.
However, the items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging and you may be asked for proof of purchase.
All our paintings will be checked thoroughly and packaged carefully before shipping. Each parcel will be 100% insured in transit.
Prior to returning any item(s) to Crazy Fish, you must receive authorization from our Customer Service team. To request authorization please send e-mail to email@example.com with the following details:
• Order no. and item no.
• First name and surname
• Reason for return
• Actions you would like us to take: Exchange or refund
Crazy Fish Customer Service will contact you with your Return Authorization & Instructions. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your credit.
Paintings from DYO and Portrait range are not eligible for refund or exchange.
All artworks from Crazy Fish are 100% hand-painted, and 5%-15% slight variations will occur. This is accepted by the customers when placing an order, and returns will not be accepted due to slight variation.
Crazy Fish does not offer refund on items that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
